There are three levels of training. 1. First level is for doctors with minimal surgical experience, e.g. GPs, Family, internists etc. 2. Second level is for those with some surgical experiences. 3. Third level is for surgeons in different specialties,

The physician learning to perform liposuction should have completed medical school, and have unrestricted medical license to practice medicine and surgery. Nurses, PA and Nurse Practitioners must have unrestricted license
